AS Plumbing limited came to us to create a bespoke system to help them manage their business and staff. They had been using several separate systems combined in order to get , none of which could talk to each other and it had got to the point where they were loosing business from missed appointments. They asked us to build a bespoke system that would give them all the functionality in one system and be easy for all levels of staff to use.
what the app does:
AS Plumbing App is a cloud based bespoke app for job planning and resource management. It has a mobile interface allowing the fitters to access job info, take pictures and leave notes on the job, as well as log their time working and travelling. The admin interface allows the office to keep track of customers, book in appointments and manage the work diary, produce quotes and invoices.
