The Timebank are a Herefordshire based paraplanning team who support a variety of investment and IFA clients. The provide a research service to enable end customers to be provided with several investment options relevant to their personal circumstances. They used an old system, written with an old database (Vault) to store and query customer information, as well as several different cloud based services to manage their workflow and client communications. They asked ilateral to build them a new, secure platform that was fully integrated and could be extended in the future in line with their business plans.
The first stage of this project was to replicate and improve on the functionality of their old database (Vault) and create it as cloud based service that supported disaster recovery and had a high level of security, as confidential financial information for customers was stored.
