Skills Profiler is a cloud based app for workforce capability profiling and planning. It allows managers to track the capability level of their team members and quickly identify gaps in knowledge or experience. This allows managers to determine the most effective training or coaching that can be undertaken to improve the capability of their workforce.
Skills Profiler is currently used by TATA Steel as part of their internal training and development process to ensure TATA's training department can create accurate training plans.

- A granular database of job roles, departments and skills.
- Ability for staff to build their skills profile (based on their perceived level in each skill).
- Reports and charts that show areas of competency for staff members.
- Manager reports to quickly highlight skills profiles of their team.
