We had some wonderful news today - we have won the Customer Service Award in the Forest of Dean Business awards for this year! There were many categories and lots of amazing businesses who entered this year, but with the situation with Coronavirus, sadly the awards ceremony could not go ahead, but the Team at the Forest Business Awards have worked very hard to make sure that everyone who was a finalist received the recognition they deserve, through social media and local publications. it is so important to have positive news at the current time.
With regards to the actual award - Customer Service has always been the core of what we offer and one of the reasons we setup ilateral, having worked for many years in the marketing industry where customer service was not always given the priority it should have. We offer a service, not a product, and love working with our customers to make sure their business thrive.
We are utterly thrilled to win this award. It is the second award for Customer Service we now have, 5 years between them but it shows we are still doing what we are good at - looking after our customers.
